These hoop earring findings are rainbow ion plated over a stainless steel base metal. Great for those with metal allergies. They measure 14mm (just over 1/2 inch) top of the hoop to the bottom of the loop. The ring at the bottom has a 1.3mm inner diameter and it does open so you can add charms and/or your own dangle designs and then close it back securely.
