These charms are made in house. They are 1 inch round anodized aluminum coin charms with approximately a 1.8mm hole at the top for hanging. The charms are shiny & reflective which is hard to capture in a picture so we have uploaded a video. We engrave the charms right here in in North Carolina and the coin charms are also purchased from manufacturer located in the US. Choose from #CancerAwareness, #CancerSucks or #Cancer Survivor in fuchsia pink, green, orange or blue.
