These earring backs have the popular bullet backing with an adding clear plastic round flat pad for extra stabilization. These are great for heavier earrings as the flat pad helps relieve some of that heaviness and offers less pull on your piercing. They are plated over a brass base metal and have the standard hole which will work with all of our earrings and earring findings as well as any other standard post earrings. The round flat pad is a clear plastic and measures 12mm (just under 1/2 inch) in diameter. The overall measurement front to back is 7mm (just over 1/4 inch). Package of 100 backings, choose silver or gold.
