These skull beads are manmade to look like magnesite including detailed inclusions and cracks while still feeling smooth to the touch. They measure 1 1/8 inch (29mm) top to bottom, 1 inch (25mm) front to back and 7/8 inch (22mm) wide. The hole has an inner diameter of 1.5-1.8mm and runs from the top of the head out through the bottom of the head.
